Together with Chardonnay, Sauvignon is the most common white grape vine variety in the world. Some of the most famous and sought after wines are made with this variety.

Gentle pressing, static decantation and alcoholic fermentation in steel containers.

PAIRINGS 
Ideal with fish or shellfish dishes. It also goes well with white meat, ham and cooked vegetables.

Straw yellow with greenish hues.

NOSE 
Delicately aromatic, intense and persistent bouquet, reminiscent of green bell pepper, tomato leaf and sage.

FLAVOR 
Dry with a mineral note in the finish.
