VINIFICATION 
Maceration in stainless steel containers with the skins, at controlled temperature (25°C) for 20 days.

Throughout the entire meal, ideally with game.

COLOR 
Ruby red with violet reflections.

NOSE 
Intense aromas of red fruit and black cherry.

FLAVOR 
Intense, elegant, pleasantly soft, with persistent and ripe tannin.
