DESCRIPTION 
Chianti Classico, which is produced in the historical Chianti area, has one of the most pres gious Controlled and Guaranteed Denomina ons of Origin of Italy.

Although it is made from different grape varieties, Sangiovese is by far the most common.
Although it is made from different grape varieties, Sangiovese is by far the most common. The vineyards are located in the area surrounding Radda in Chianti, between 300 and 450 meters above sea level.

The combina on of microclimate, soil and vines allows to produce a fairly tannic wine that is suitable for prolonged aging and has a rich bouquet.

The Gallo Nero (Italian for “Black Rooster”) logo is a guarantee of authenticity provided by the Consor um for the Protec on of Chian Classico. Chianti Classico must be uncorked at least 1 hour before serving and kept at room temperature.

PRODUCTION AREA 
Siena and Florence provinces.

GRAPE VARIETIES 
85% Sangiovese, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.

VINIFICATION 
The grapes are harvested manually and fermented in steel vats at controlled temperature (28° - 30° C). Aging is carried out in oak barrels for 12 months and subsequently in bottle for 3 months.

PAIRINGS 
With roasted meat, cheese, pasta and Tuscan cold cuts.

COLOR 
Ruby red.

NOSE 
Fruity, with notes of ripe fruit and red berries.

FLAVOR 
Soft and round.

18-20°C
