Aisciuda Gewurztraminer

DESCRIPTION 
A low-yielding and delicate vine that prefers areas with considerable temperature difference between night and day.

Gewürztraminer tends to develop a fairly high alcohol content, while its acidity levels are normally quite low.

VINIFICATION 
The harvest period is carefully chosen to facilitate the development of aromatic substances during the cold maceration, which is carried out after the destemming step.

COLOR 
Straw yellow with golden hues.

NOSE 
Very aromatic and spicy, with hints of rose and yellow peach.

FLAVOR 
Warm, soft and balanced with persistent aftertaste and great body.
