VINIFICATION 
Pressing, fermentation and aging in stainless steel containers. Refermentation for 4 months in autoclave with Charmat method.

PAIRINGS 
An excellent aperitif. Its elegance allows various combinations: with pasta or rice dishes, as well as fish, shellfish or white meat.

COLOR 
Soft pinkish hues with bright reflections.

NOSE 
Wild strawberries, raspberries, red berries and cherries.

FLAVOR 
Fragrant, long and persistent. Elegant and persistent effervescence.
